The WNORTH Membership is an application-based community for accomplished women leaders, founders and entrepreneurs across Canada and the United States.
With 30+ virtual experiences each year, alongside in-person dinners, member gatherings, summits and destination leadership experiences, WNORTH is designed to be valuable wherever you live. For senior executives and established founders, our new WNORTH Reserve offers a more intimate level of membership with a year-round peer Forum and exclusive Reserve experiences

Our most intimate membership experience for senior executives and established founders seeking deeper peer relationships and a highly curated community.

- Ongoing placement in a 10-person Reserve Forum for Executives or Founders, designed to remain together year after year
- Monthly 90-minute Reserve Forum meetings lead by WNORTH Forum Facilitator

Scholarships
The WNORTH Scholarship Program provides one-year memberships to women of colour and new immigrant women who would benefit from greater access to leadership development, meaningful professional relationships and a year-round community of accomplished women.
Scholarship recipients receive access to the WNORTH Membership experience, including Forums, leadership Roundtables, virtual programming, member gatherings and our global community.

Frequently Asked Questions
WNORTH offers a combination of in-person and virtual experiences designed to keep members connected throughout the year. Programming includes peer Forums, Virtual Roundtables, workshops, intimate Connect Dinners, member-exclusive gatherings, leadership retreats, Summits and our annual WNORTH Conference in Whistler, Canada.
Many WNORTH experiences are exclusively for members, while select events are open to the broader community. Prospective members may also have the opportunity to attend one eligible event as a guest before joining. Once you become a member, select experiences also offer the opportunity to bring a guest.
WNORTH brings together accomplished women across corporate leadership, entrepreneurship and the public sector. We recognize that today’s leaders don’t always fit neatly into a single box—you may be an executive, founder, investor, advisor, board member, or several of these throughout your career.
Our community is intentionally cross-sector and multi-hyphenate, creating a network that grows with you as your leadership, career and ambitions evolve.
WNORTH is built around the quality of who’s around the table. Rather than focusing on a single industry, role or career path, we bring together accomplished women across sectors and stages of leadership. The average WNORTH member brings 15+ years of professional experience, creating meaningful peer connections, fresh perspectives and relationships that extend well beyond a single event.
You don’t need to live in a major city to be an active WNORTH member. Our membership includes curated destination leadership experiences in places such as Whistler, London and Napa, alongside year-round virtual programming, peer Forums and a growing calendar of member-led experiences—making it possible to build meaningful relationships within the community from wherever you are.
No. WNORTH opens membership during select intake periods throughout the year to ensure we can thoughtfully welcome and integrate new members into the community. When membership is closed, you can join the waitlist to be among the first to know when applications reopen.
WNORTH Membership is an annual commitment. New members have a 30-day cancellation period from the date of joining and may request a full refund if they determine the membership isn’t the right fit.
